February 2019 – 1 Month Mission

Let’s take on February 2019 with an epic 1 Month Mission!!! 
Local-to-LA 1 Month Mission camp comprises: 8 team bootcamp workouts, 4 weeks of fresh lean Klean food delivery, plus 13-14 cardio/cycling classes, 3-4 rest days, 1 double, & 1 team spin ride.
Start Dates:
Meal delivery begins (and potential rest day OR spin class): Monday, February 4th
Bootcamp starts: Tuesday, February 5th
2 bootcamps per week for 4 weeks
FIRST WEEK (Days & Times)
Tuesday         *Feb. 5th – Team 7:15 a.m.–8:30 a.m 
Thursday        Feb. 7th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.
SECOND WEEK (Days & Times)
Tuesday          Feb. 12th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m. 
Thursday        Feb. 14th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.
*Saturday         Feb. 16th – Mandatory Team Spin Ride at THE WALL – 10:30 a.m.
THIRD WEEK (Days & Times)
Tuesday         Feb. 19th – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m 
Thursday        Feb. 21st – Team 7:30 a.m.–8:30 a.m.
