A Beginner’s Guide to a Painless Meal-Prep
The Story: Too often I find myself spending $15-20 on fast-food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during my workday. Working two jobs on the daily and being a terrible cook – I am simply too tired (and lazy) to grocery shop, cook, or even pack a granola bar in my bag the night before.   A few weeks ago, after complaining about the poor (and very few) food choices I had available to choose from, a coworker suggested that I start meal-prepping. Immediately, I thought to myself “ain’t nobody got time for that!” It just seemed like a long and tedious process, not to mention how scary it was because as I mentioned above, I am NOT a good cook. We continued talking and her and I got into the benefits of meal-prep and talked about just how easy it was.
