Thanks to Mizuno, I had a chance to spend some time checking out the Wave Sky Waveknit 3.

And I’m happy to tell you that I like them!

Mizuno did send these to me but I’m not receiving any compensation from them and all opinions are mine.

So let’s start with the basics. These kicks are neutral so if you’re an over or under pronator, these won’t necessarily be the right fit for you.

The come in at 11.6 ounces, but that’s not a surprise given that this is a more cushioned, comfort ride.

Think of them as a sporty SUV rather than a race car. And with that, they’re obviously going to be on the higher end of the price scale at $160.

Oh, and is almost standard in running kicks these days, it has a 10MM drop from heal to forefoot.

Check out my video to see the full review and what separates this pair of running kicks from the rest of the Mizuno line.
