2018 Running Stats – Eat Pray Run DC

I love data and luckily I have quite a bit of data that tells me about my runs over the year. I pulled this data from Garmin Connect. It’s not perfect – because no technology is but this is pretty close, so it’s what I’m going with. 

I have run a total of 1,432 miles in 2018. This is the highest mileage I have ever run! I’m actually surprised that I beat my 2016 mileage, (which was 1,427 miles) because I sometimes felt this year that I wasn’t running a lot, but the data shows otherwise! Time spent running: 243 hours. That’s a lot of time running!  Number of races: 12 – including my DNF at Grandma’s! You can see all my races here. I honestly have no racing goals in 2019 aside from being healthy enough to race at Shamrock Marathon in March. That’s my #1…
